1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at aspiraglobal.biz (the "Site") and the services offered by AspiraGlobal ("AspiraGlobal", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, subscribing to our communications, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our services

AspiraGlobal provides tech-enabled talent and recruitment solutions, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to employer clients, and related advisory services. The Site provides information about these services and tools such as assessments, calculators, and content resources. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Site or our services at any time without notice.

Specific engagements — for example an employer's use of our recruitment services or a candidate's placement — are governed by separate written agreements between the parties. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and our services. By using them, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without authorization;
• Use the Site or its content to build or train a competing product or service; or
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of AspiraGlobal or any third party.

5. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site — such as inquiries, form entries, assessment responses, or application materials — you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate. You grant AspiraGlobal a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process that information as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and operate our business, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Candidates & clients

If you apply to join our talent network or apply for a role, you authorize us to review your information and, where appropriate, share your profile with prospective employer clients to facilitate a potential placement. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment.

If you engage AspiraGlobal as an employer client, the terms of that engagement — including fees, guarantees, and responsibilities — are set out in a separate written agreement. AspiraGlobal is not the employer of the candidates it presents and is not responsible for the employment decisions or conduct of clients or candidates.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, branding, the "AspiraGlobal" name, designs, and software — are owned by or licensed to AspiraGlobal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, tools, and services (for example scheduling, forms, analytics, and social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.

Content on the Site — including assessments, calculators, and resources — is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Any results or estimates are illustrative and not a guarantee of outcomes, savings, placement, or employment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspiraGlobal and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
