2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from analytics providers, marketing platforms, professional networks, and referral sources, consistent with their own terms and your privacy settings on those services.

4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our content. These include:
- Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function;

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our on-site cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers that help us operate our business — such as hosting, analytics (Google), CRM and forms (HubSpot), scheduling (Google Calendar), and email delivery — under agreements that require them to protect your data;
- Employer clients, where you are a candidate and we share your profile to facilitate a potential placement;
- Professional advisors such as legal, accounting, and insurance providers;
- Authorities or other parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AspiraGlobal, our users, or others; and

7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
AspiraGlobal operates from the Philippines and works with clients and service providers in multiple countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
10. Your rights & choices
